Abstract

Authors considered questions of development of the fish processing industry of the  Russian Federation in the conditions of import substitution policy. Problem areas of processing of fish raw materials and recycling of waste in a production activity are analyzed. Authors assess efficiency of introduction of the advanced equipment for modernization of production and decrease in negative influence on environment.
