Abstract

The article considers a theoretical base of the portfolio analysis, in particular a BCG matrix, its strengths and weaknesses. The authors have constructed the BCG matrix and analysed competitive strategy for the construction organization LLC KDSM, elaborated recommendations for further development of the company.
