Abstract

Article is devoted to non-financial stimulation methods of personnel. The overview of the main techniques applied around the world is provided. The systems of non-financial motivation incentives accepted in the USA and Japan are described as practical material and also experience of implementation of these systems at the Russian entities is provided.
