Abstract

Annotation. This article tells us about the role of rebranding as a mean of stimulating sales, changing the brand perception of consumers. In the modern system of market economy the brand is a key to the success of the enterprise. Depending on how a company will promote its product on the market, depends on its commercial success. The rebranding process is mutual, and may work both for the organization and against it. International practice only emphasizes the importance of this process, thereby provides the main importance of rebranding in marketing.
