Abstract

The efficiency of international companies depends on taking in account features of national cultures of both their own and foreign countries, and abilities to adapt to cultural differences. That is because of big influence of organizational culture on the behavior of employees and on the process of making decisions. This article studies the problem of influence of national aspect on big corporations’ organizational culture.
