Stages and strategies for international business scaling at the organizational level

The paper examines theoretical and applied aspects of international business scaling at the organizational level. Particular attention is paid to the step-by-step structure of scaling, including preparatory analysis, strategy selection, financial model development, business process optimization, and implementation with monitoring. A description of global scaling strategies is presented, including both traditional forms (export, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions) and new approaches, such as localization through subsidiaries and crowdfunding scaling. A conclusion is made about the need for a systematic and adaptive approach to scaling, allowing companies to effectively develop in international markets.
