Insurance business process of national insurance companies: essence, features

Abstract

One of the issues of organization of insurance business which is currently often discussed: what is the main result of the insurance companies - insurance service or insurance product? The process-oriented approach permits to distinguish these concepts. The research considers the structural blocks of insurance business process, the essence of the auxiliary insurance business process; the categories of insurance services and insurance products are clearly defined in the article.
