Abstract

Evaluation of the organization's personnel is considered to be one of the key components of the personnel management system. Based on the assessment, certain decisions are made regarding the employee of the organization – his improvement, development of knowledge, skills, and the issue of inclusion in the personnel reserve. This article discusses the "369 degrees" estimation method.
