Abstract

The article discusses the issues of organizing the delivery of individual orders of catering enterprises in cooperation with well–known aggregators - Yandex Food and Delivery Club. These aggregators have the most convenient applications, a well-established customer support system and the largest customer bases. Delivery aggregators perform an essential function, working as an additional marketing channel, which allows you to increase profits for catering enterprises.
