Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the use of data analytics to improve the customer experience at Yandex. The key areas in which Yandex uses data to personalize user experience, optimize logistics processes, and process feedback are considered. Examples of real-world cases using data analytics are given. The article aims to explore the strategies and methods used by Yandex to improve the customer experience and demonstrate their importance.
