Problems and strategies for business development of real estate management companies in China

The article analyzes the main stages of development of the real estate market and property management services in China. The current state of the property management industry is characterized, and the main trends are identified that shape its future development and actualize the issue of studying this area and developing development strategies for companies operating in it. The main problem is the lag in the development of the real estate management sector in China compared to the main leading countries, which is manifested in the limited range of services offered and the lack of consumer satisfaction. Because of this, the article develops recommendations on the types of strategies that property management companies need to apply to achieve competitiveness compared to foreign competitors.
