Features of the Organization of Warehouse Logistics at Enterprises of Commercial Sphere

Abstract

At present time, the importance of warehouse operations in the activities of trade enterprises is growing. Warehouses cease to be only a temporary place for cargo. New formats are emerging, additional functions are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the market. The research deals with the functional aspects of warehouse logistics of wholesale and retail trade companies, the modified types of storage facilities are considered, and the peculiarities of the location of the warehouse of a commercial enterprise are highlighted.
