Improvement of the incentive system for employees in social institutions

This article reveals the principles of personnel management of public service institutions during the period of economic destabilization, where the main emphasis is not only on attracting new labor resources, but also on retaining and subsequent stimulation of employees at the enterprise. The theoretical and practical aspects of the personnel incentive system are investigated by analyzing the motivational priorities of employees in public service institutions, as well as the personnel management system.
