Abstract

In this article, the study is aimed at considering organizations that use the turquoise management style in their activities, what they are and how they differ from the usual companies. We study how the motivation of personnel is built in organizations that use the turquoise management style. The purpose of the study is to study the incentive levers used for the successful operation of a company that adheres to this policy. The main question is whether it is possible to use the turquoise style of management in all organizations or whether there are limitations.
