Abstract

In this article, the author analyzes the effectiveness of the application of the system of key performance indicators (KPI). It is noted that for effective functioning, modern companies must evaluate the entire range of indicators and compare them in retrospect. The indicators that allow to evaluate the effectiveness of companies in the service sector are given.
