Abstract

This article describes the basic provisions of the State program of development of agriculture for 2013-2020 and gives analyze of strategic tools on achievement of the assigned objectives in the context of commitments of Russia to the WTO. Authors consider the state support of agricultural sector against the changed macroeconomic conditions in 2013-2015.
