Abstract

The article presents a view of health care management from the perspective of the school of scientific management. The concept of "management of the higher health care system" is excluded. As well as consideration of the main characteristic problems of healthcare management, taking into account the characteristics of the healthcare system in Russia, based on bibliographic data.
