Diversification of Car Dealer Activities: Opportunities and Risks

The article discusses the current problems in the automotive market that have arisen due to the rupture of economic ties and the departure of foreign automakers from the Russian Federation. The sharply increased risks of car dealers are shown, which turned this business from profitable to unprofitable.
Various directions of diversification of the work of dealership car centers are proposed, which will contribute to the reorientation of their activities and prevent the risk of bankruptcy.
