Abstract

The article suggests methods of implementation of manager competence which allows you to manage conflict situations in the enterprise. The conflicts on different levels are analyzed: from the standpoint of the worker, leader, team, and business in general. Constructive and destructive conflicts and algorithms to transform the conflict in a positive manner to overcome the crisis are provided. The author considers the possibility of using conflict as a crisis management tool.
