Abstract

In order for a manager to be called a leader, and the process of his influence on subordinates to be effective, he must carry out a process of such influence on the labor collective that can inspire and motivate them to perform any tasks facing the organization. Thus, it makes the leadership process, in its general form, a process aimed at managing the people who enter into the process of interacting with them and the leader of the organization personally.
