The authors investigate the development trends of the cellular communications market in our country. In product lines, package offers are very popular today, which, in turn, provide the subscriber with a fixed fee for a fixed fee, and a stable income for the operator. The design of such proposals is quite unified, which complicates the market situation. According to the authors, the main growth driver for the operator should be not standardized packages or unreasonably cheap tariffs with unlimited, but quality service and a good level of voice and mobile services.
