Abstract

The purpose of the work is to show the prospective viability of applied theory and practical use of reputation management methods on the Internet for solving business problems in order to effectively form a positive image of the company. The relevance of the study is due to the growing contradiction between the demand for practice and the weak scientific study of the research topic, as well as the innovative nature of methods of managing reputation on the Internet.
