Abstract

Main aspects of the foreign exchange legislation of the Russian Federation and the prospect of its upgrade for effective regulation of the market of cryptocurrencies are analysed in the article. The general principle of blockchain technology and the related opportunities for development of safe currency exchange and simplification of document flow are considered.
