Formation of Systems of Effective Management and Service Development in the Rostov Region

Abstract

At present, much attention is paid to the study of the role and functions of the service sector, whose activities http are analyzed mainly from the organizational and economic aspects. Despite the large amount of information  and research on this subject, the work is limited to highly developed Western countries and almost does not affect market relations in Russia. The purpose of this work is to study the need of formation of effective management systems for the development of service in the region, namely in the Rostov region.
