Strategic personnel management as a tool for the implementation of personnel policy organizations

The article discusses the advantages for organizations that pay attention to strategic personnel management. The problems of developing a personnel management strategy are grouped and ways of solving them are proposed. The classification of personnel management strategies with explanations for each type is shown. It is concluded that the personnel policy not only covers all aspects of the organization's interaction with employees, but also includes a personnel planning strategy, a recruitment and selection strategy, and a personnel training and development strategy.
