Management models transformation under dynamic instability: from decentralization to autonomous AI systems

Abstract

The article examines the transformation of management models throughout the enterprise life cycle. Using LLC PC "GEOPROM" as a case study, the transition from classical decentralization to AI-agent autonomy is substantiated. It is proved that the synergy of automation and digital solutions ensures economic security and cost optimization under instability.
