Motivation of employees of foreign contractors in the construction industry of the oil and gas industry of the Russian Federation

Abstract

This article discusses the issues of motivation of employees of foreign companies in the construction industry of the Russian oil and gas industry. Motivation tools for improving the efficiency of employees and examples of successful implementation of motivational practices of employees from the CIS countries in the construction of the Amur gas processing Plant are considered.
