Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the insolvency (bankruptcy) procedure of an individual, its stages and legal consequences,
as well as possible solutions to problems that may arise
in the process of recognizing an individual as insolvent (bankrupt). The author also makes certain conclusions and proposals
that will contribute to the further development of legal relations
in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy) of an individual in the Russian Federation.
