Adaptation strategy of resource management of a construction organization in the conditions of digitalization of the economy

Abstract

In the context of the tense geopolitical situation in Russia, the ways of rational implementation of the project portfolio are relevant. The solution of tasks in the implementation of a construction object depends on the impact of a wide range of factors, both external and internal. These factors are currently faced by the heads of all construction and installation organizations, which is a problem when planning the timing and budget of construction. Consequently, there is a need to introduce a modern system for managing companies' resources using digital programs.
