Analysis of the labor process as a foundation for the development of labor standarts on the example of hr specialist

Abstract

This article discusses the main methods of analyzing the labor process, such as studying the cost of time, a comparative analysis of actual costs with time standards. The main stages of the analysis and its results are describe, as well as recommendations for optimizing the labor process at the enterprise. During the study, I used such an analysis method as work timing. The object of the study is the Federal State Budgetary Institution “V.A. Almazov NMRC”. The subject of this article is the labor activity of HR specialist.
