Problems and ways of improving the law common shared ownership of housing

Abstract

This article examines the current problems related to the legal regulation of shared ownership of housing and suggests ways to solve them. The article analyzes the main problems, such as the vagueness of the definition of the rights and obligations of owners of shares, the lack of an effective management and decision-making procedure, difficulties in the disposal of common property and the resolution of disputes between owners. Further, the ways of improving legal regulation are proposed.
