The role of control and supervision in the system of public administration

Abstract

In the framework of the present work the control and supervisory activity of public administration is considered and the actual problems in this sphere of activity are revealed. Effective functioning of supervision and control in the framework of management, aimed at regulating relations in all spheres of life of the state and society as a whole, is becoming increasingly important in the conditions of modern existence in the Russian Federation. Recent reforms in our country contribute to the establishment of a framework and control, which gives the necessary momentum to the development of the country, and is a major factor in the formation of the rule of law and the development of civil society.  General and public administration cannot be carried out without complementary and interchangeable supervision and control, because effective management requires expert supervision.
