Abstract

The article examines the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the acceleration of digitalization in state and municipal authorities. The pandemic has affected the government's swift decision to adopt digital technologies to provide public and municipal services to citizens while maintaining social distancing measures. The article analyzes digital technologies used during the period of coronavirus infection, as well as provides analytics on the effectiveness of their implementation.
