Abstract

The article analyzes the main priority directions of the state housing policy within the framework of the Strategy for the development of the construction industry and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030, priorities for the development of the construction industry of the Russian Federation, the development of import substitution in the construction industry, reveals the main directions of state support for the construction industry, the formation of a comfortable environment for living.
