Analysis of dumping policy and fight against it (on the example of the Russian oil and gas industry)

Abstract

The article present of companies aimed at eliminating competition by independently influencing the market is currently being suppressed by sanctions both in internal relations, by the state, and in external relations – by the world community. However, the issue of the implementation of dumping policy, including at the level of interstate relations, despite the formed regulatory framework, remains open. Dumping policy especially affects Russia in the oil and gas industry, which is due to the specifics of state revenues. The article presents an analysis of dumping policy in Russia on the example of the oil and gas industry, as well as possible methods of combating it.
