The Negative Consequences of the Existence of "Zombie Companies" in the Economy

Abstract

The article examines the main negative consequences of the existence of "zombie companies". The purpose of the work is to determine the undesirable effects that the existence of such firms in the economy can lead to. To do this, the very definition of such companies, the reasons for their occurrence and their direct impact on the economic system will be studied. As a result of the work, a practical conclusion was drawn - states need to stop the growth of such firms, otherwise the negative consequences will be extreme.
