State Support for Agricultural Producers Creates the Potential of Their Economic Growth

Abstract

The article presents an assessment of the results of state support for agricultural producers of the Altai Territory. It is highlighted how the per hectare support of agricultural producers in the field of crop production in the Altai Territory contributed to the use of fertilizers and plant protection products. The regional geography of work on the application of mineral fertilizers is shown. In addition to unrelated support, crop credit and insurance support is shown. The dynamics of the development of insurance risks in crop production and the share of the insured sown area in the total sown area are shown. It has been proved that there is still a significant gap between the premiums received by the insurers and the indemnity paid for the insured events that have occurred.
