One of the most serious problems in the water sector at the present time is a high level of wear and tear of hydraulic infrastructure facilities, which provokes pollution of water bodies with products of technogenesis, water losses during transportation to consumers, etc. public-private and municipal-private partnerships, the implementation of which will reduce the socio-ecological and economic damage arising from the destructive practice of exploiting the water resource potential at the micro- and meso-economic levels.
