Current Trends of Management Education through the example of the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University

Abstract

This work represents the interview with the Dean of the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University. The article describes particularities of perception of Management in Russia, distinctive features of the manager as specialist, and also changes in structure of teaching Management in the Southern Federal University in recent years. The special role of the teacher as an expert is considered. The article describes the competences which are necessary for heads of educational programs. The work provides the forecast of
development of Management education for the next five years.
