Research of the Commercial Real Estate Market in Rostov-on-Don, Which is in Federal and Municipal Ownership

Abstract

The aim of this work is to study the market of commercial real estate in Rostov-on-Don, which is in federal and municipal ownership, and in particular, cultural heritage sites used as commercial real estate or potentially suitable for use as commercial properties. Within the framework of this article, the analysis of the rental and sale market of objects presented at auctions is carried out, factors influencing the formation of the initial cost of these objects are identified, and the correspondence of the revealed prices to the real situation on the market of similar objects and the demand for them from potential buyers is analyzed.
