Statistical Analysis of Household Consumption Expenditures in The Russian Federation

Abstract

The key to the country's economic development and the growth of living standards of the population is, among other things, an increase in household expenditures for final consumption. Therefore, the research topic is relevant. The main purpose of this study was to examine the level of household consumption expenditures in Russia over ten years from 2009 to 2019. The article also carried out forecasting of expenditures on consumption of households in the Russian Federation based on the average absolute growth, average growth rate, trend models, and also clearly presents the structure of the studied indicator.
