Optimization of Methods for Assessing the Current and Potential Suppliers

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the main vendor assessment methods, describes its benefits and drawbacks. According to it, there was suggested some recommendations in order to improve given tools: the algorithm to estimate priorities during supplier’s several factor analysis. Also, there was suggested an alternative way to get statistical data about potential suppliers
