Methods of State Regulation of The Finance of Russian Corporations

Abstract

Corporate finance is one of the key components in the economy of any state, and in the Russian Federation the problem of their state regulation is most acute. It includes the regulation of taxation of organizations, the rules of their functioning, cash flow, investment and many other aspects. The purpose of this article is to analyze the ways in which the Russian government regulates corporate finances, as well as identify its problems and prospects.
