Abstract

In this article the estimation of average prices per 1 sq m of real estate in Russia from 2008 to 2018. The number and volume of residential mortgage loans granted to resident individuals and acquired rights of claim on residential mortgage loans in rubles were analyzed. A comparative assessment of the average price per 1 sq. m. of real estate in Russia and foreign countries in 2018, as well as the average mortgage rates in foreign countries. The conditions of mortgage loans in Europe and Russia are considered.
