Abstract

Achieving high performance of the company is impossible without effective management of costs associated with current activities. The article discusses the content of the cost management process, reviews the cost management methods, identifies the features of cost management at the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, which made it possible to determine the most rational cost management methods at the fuel and energy enterprises.
