For the formation of mechanisms for the spatial distribution of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, it is important to study the factors of their spatial distribution. The scientific literature contains many factors of the spatial distribution of entrepreneurship, including large industrial enterprises, TNCs, etc. At the same time, the question remains open: are there any differences between the factors of spatial distribution of small, medium and other size entrepreneurship. Arguing the presence of such differences allowed consideration of the factors of spatial distribution of entrepreneurship, described in the scientific literature, as well as factors arising in connection with the state support of small and medium-sized businesses. According to the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn about the absence of practical manifestation of these differences to date.
