Abstract

Article contains the description of the risks accompanying mortgage transactions. Credit, currency, percentage and operational risks, process of securitization and automation of processes of mortgage lending are considered in the work. Advantages and shortcomings of the transition of mortgage transactions in the online mode are also defined.
