Ambiguity in Terminological Framework in Regulation of Ecological Safety

Abstract

The system of the ecological safety is actively used in various fields of activity nowadays; however, in most cases a definition of the term "ecological safety" causes a number of difficulties. The characteristic of interpretation of terminological framework in regulation of ecological safety presented in legal acts of various temporary periods and in different research papers is described in this article.
