Abstract

The article examines the main models of management of educational structures based on clustering. The experience of implementing cluster policy in the Russian Federation is presented using the example of St. Petersburg. The experience of St. Petersburg in the creation and production of creative clusters aimed at preserving and strengthening the traditional values ​​of the Russian Federation is considered; possible areas of interaction between participants in creative clusters are presented.
