Abstract

The article examines the impact of digital platforms on the structure of the Russian labor market and the transformation of the categories "workplace" and "working time". Using the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the institutional features of platform employment and the status of the self-employed in the context of the digital transformation of the economy are analyzed.
